Cyndy > Dead River once was a village......now submerged in the
Flagstaff Lake........my husband's Abbott lived there inn 1815-1870's....most are buried at the Highland Plantation Cemetery.
  The Abbotts orginiated in Ipswich,Mass., with Arthur-2 Abbott and his wife, Elizabeth (White) ; married 1699.

Cyndy > There are 6 butterflies in this photograph....taking their daily ration of salt from the soil along the bank of  Flagstaff Lake

if anyone knows what name of this butterfly....please let me know.
