Cyndy > The lovely house belongs to the Suffield Historical Society and also the King's House Museum

Cyndy > If you'd look up towards the building, the stones there are the oldest.......there are some old ones scattered here and there but most of the old ones "cluster" close to the building.
Cyndy > First Church of Christ, established 1698
Cyndy > Lieut. Joshua Leavitt....died Oct.the 22nd A.D.,1732 in the 45th year of his age.
Cyndy > Mary, wife of Joseph King, died Sept.4th,1737 aged 57
Cyndy > Nathaniel Pomroy who died (looks like.......Feb. 17 ye 20th )A.D.,1781, in ye 74th year of his age
Cyndy > The SPENCER family....... I took only this side of the stone for the old dates..... No need to transcribe ....easy to read
